The terms that apply when you buy from Tuckhouse or any Snug Lane store.

These terms apply when you buy from any Snug Lane store (TidyPaws, PounceLab, CrateHaven, Tuckhouse and WhiskerLoft), including checkout at checkout.snuglane.com. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Who you are buying from

The stores are operated by 2629489 Alberta Inc., a company incorporated in Alberta, Canada, trading as Snug Lane, 330 Bulyea Rd, Edmonton, AB T6R 0W8, Canada. Phone +1 (587) 568-8507, email support@snuglane.com. Products ship from partner warehouses in the United States; returns go to the warehouse address we email you, not to our office.

2. Where we sell

We currently ship only to addresses in the 48 contiguous United States. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses or PO boxes.

3. Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we email your order confirmation after payment. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was clearly wrong, or if the payment looks fraudulent. If an item sells out after you order, we email you within two business days and refund you in full.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and include standard shipping; no handling fees are added at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe, and your card statement will show WWW.SNUGLANE.COM. You can cancel an order that has not left the warehouse by emailing us; once it has shipped, it becomes a normal return.

5. Shipping and delivery

Orders leave the warehouse within 1–3 business days and usually arrive 2–5 business days after that. You receive a tracking number by email. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Oversized items ship by freight and the carrier calls ahead to arrange delivery. Please check your delivery and tell us about any damage within 48 hours.

6. Returns and refunds

You may return new, unused items in the original packaging within 30 days of delivery. For a change of mind, you pay return shipping; there is no restocking fee. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 days of the return arriving at the warehouse. 7. Product information

We describe products using the manufacturer's own specifications, dimensions and load ratings. Colors can look slightly different on screen, and most furniture needs assembly using the included instructions. Please follow the manufacturer's weight limits and supervise pets when they first use a new piece.

8. Warranties and liability

Your purchase is covered by the return and damage policies above and by any warranty the manufacturer provides. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Website content

Text, photos and designs on our stores belong to us or our suppliers and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, without taking away any protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the state where you live.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version posted when you place an order applies to that order. Last updated: September 29, 2026.
